CHAMPAGNE

the reputation of this wine reached a stellar peaks.

But let's go from history to the present, and imagine some beautiful and fine wines:

Champagne Mailly Grand Cru was founded in 1929. It possesses 70 hectares of vineyards classified as Grand Cru, where only Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are grown. Wines are aged in chalk cellars, 19 meters below ground.

CRÉMANTY

Sparkling wines which are produced by using the method "champenoise" are characterized by a lighter and softer sparkle. They perhaps do not have the grace and fullness of true Champagne, but their quality is increasing.

Crémant d'Alsace - Lucien Albrecht - a small family firm with a tradition of wine production since 1698.
Pioneers and founders of the appellation "Crémant d'Alsace" - one of the first who started to produce sparkling wine in the classical method.
