Dear visitors, to ensure your calm and relaxation is not interrupted we limit the age of children visiting St. Katerina resort up to 10 years of age except when predetermined terms are agreed upon for their visit.

To book accommodation, print this booking form and fill it out and leave it at the hotel reception.
Individuals (F.I.T.)
- For individual clients requesting reservation 1 (max. 2) room(s) or leisure groups (max. 15 persons or 10 rooms), which require standard accommodation or a package and do not request any special services like conference rooms or especially tailored programs, etc.
General terms – Payment conditions:
- The pro forma invoice sent together with this confirmation must be paid no later than 7 calendar days after receiving it.
If the reservation is made in shorter than 21 days before arrival, the pro forma invoice is payable immediately upon receipt. - The pro forma invoice is issued at 50% of the total amount of all booked services.
- In the case that the pro forma invoice is not paid by the due date, your reservation will be canceled.
General terms – Payment conditions:
Cancellation of a reservation will incur the following cancellation charges:
- Cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation within 20-14 days prior to arrival: 20% of the total amount of ordered services
- Cancellation within 13 - 7 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total amount of ordered services
- Cancellation within 6 - 2 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount of ordered services
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total amount of ordered services
Groups
- Includes parties not described above as an individual client.
General terms – Payment conditions:
- To confirm your order a pro forma invoice will be issued for a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total amount of ordered services and is payable within 7 days of receipt.
- In the case that the pro forma invoice for the non-refundable deposit is not paid by the deadline, your reservation will be canceled.
- A second pro forma invoice for 50% of the current total amount of ordered services is due 30 days prior to arrival of the group.
- A third pro forma invoice for 20% of the current total amount of ordered services is due 14 days prior to arrival of the group.
- The balance in full plus any additional services rendered during the stay will be billed on the final invoice after the event is completed. The balance is payable within 14 days of receipt.
General terms – Cancelation conditions:
Cancellation of a reservation will incur the following cancellation charges:
- Cancellation within 30 days prior of arrival of the group: fee deposit irreversible
- Cancellation within 29-14 days prior to arrival of the group: 50% of the total amount of ordered services
- Cancellation within 13-7 days prior to arrival of the group: 80% of the total amount of ordered services
- Cancellation less than 6 days before arrival or in the case of a no-show: 100% of the total amount of ordered services
You may cancel a maximum of 10% of the total number of rooms previously reserved free of charge within 7 days before arrival of the group.
