Lessons combined with elements of aerobic activity, strengthening oneself with one's own body weight or using simple tools.

Strenght

Perfect belly - A combination of aerobic and strengthening activities aimed at strengthening the problematic parts of the abdomen and back. *

Perfect hips - A combination of aerobic and strengthening activities aimed at strengthening the problematic parts of the thighs, hips and buttocks. *

Perfect body - Combination of aerobic and strengthening activities aimed at strengthening the problematic parts of the body. *

Fitball - strength and balance training using a large ball. This exercise includes rehabilitative elements, improves the flexibility of the spine, and shapes and strengthens your entire body. *

BOSU mix – a dynamic activity combining the aerobic exercises influencing the cardiovascular system while strengthening the entire body. The BOSU Balance is used in conjunction with this exercise. **

balance Recommendations for exercises:
It is appropriate to wear solid footwear, which are intended gym use when carrying out these exercises. Exercise in comfortable clothes which will not constrain your movement, e.g. t-shirt, shorts or long pants, tracksuits or leggings. There is a cool down period at the end of the class, so we recommend that you take a sweater or long-sleeved t-shirt. Remember to bring water and a towel.
