Power Yoga
– is a dynamic exercise using yoga basics ("Sun salutation" and Yoga asana).
The exercise equalises muscle imbalance and restores the natural elasticity of the spine. *

Energy Yoga - Morning yoga exercises that will help you wake up the muscles throughout the body, correctly set up your metabolism and positively tune your mind all day. Sun salutation and breathing techniques are used throughout the lesson. *

Hatha Yoga Yoga in which a reconciliation of the body movement with its own breath happens. Classic yoga asana is trained, which results in greater stamina with correct breathing technique.
This exercise not only affects the muscles, but also the correct functioning of internal organs (asana, breath, exercises, mantra, meditation). *

Yoga - Exercise focused on the Yoga asana. It teaches you basic breathing techniques, relaxation and concentration. It is a dynamic exercise of Yoga asana. There is an emphasis on smooth transitions between positions and on proper breathing techniques. It teaches basics techniques of positions, yoga breathing, relaxation and concentration. Perception of continuity of movement and awareness with yourself. *

Vinyasa yoga – a style of yoga where you move smoothly according to breath from position (asana) to position. This is an exercise of a series of positions - assemblies. *

Yoga for Men hatha yoga classes focuses on exercising positions that are demanding on strength,
to improve flexibility, release tension and stress. *

Yoga for Golfers – classes of hatha yoga help to improve flexibility, strengthen weak muscles and relax your mind. Yoga for Golfers will help you play better golf. *

Yoga for two (Yoga for Partners) - hatha yoga exercises for two will help you to understand the proper technique of yoga positions (asana) exercise. Exercise for two is suitable for beginners.
Relax and harmonize your body, mind and spirit with yoga exercises along with your partner, wife, friend... *

Pranayama - is focused on conscious and free breathing (Prana = breath, cosmic energy,
ajami = monitor, regulate). Pranayama has positive effects on the body, mind and spirit.

Recommendations for exercises:
You do not need shoes for yoga. Exercise in comfortable clothes, which will not constrain movement, e.g. t-shirt, shorts or long pants, tracksuits or leggings. Warmup and cooldown periods of relaxation, meditation and breathing are included at the beginning and conclusion of each lesson. We recommend you to take a sweater or long-sleeved t-shirt.
