What are cardio activities? Dynamic exercises for better condition!


Trainings and sports activities, which have a character of aerobic activities (fat burning) and an influence on cardio-vascular system. There are included strengthening exercises in some lessons. You will improve your condition, lose weight and strengthen muscles of whole body.

Power shape - aerobic fitness activity, where you will change stations of aerobic activity (running, cycling) with strengthen stations focusing on whole body. **

Boot camp - aerobic fitness activity of higher intensity, where you will change aerobic activities (running, skipping rope...) with strengthening. This exercise can be practiced indoor or outdoor. **

Fit kick box - intensive aerobic training focused on technique of kicking and blowing. A part of this program is also strengthening of the whole body. This exercise is not suitable for beginners. **

Indoor cycling - aerobic training in higher intensity. The exercise is taking place on stationary bikes. The rhythm of music simulates the cycling in terrain. This activity is also suitable for clients, who have problems with knee joints. *

Circle training - aerobic fitness training, where you will regularly change aerobic and strengthen intervals. Strengthen is made in two parts. In the first part you will use simple tools (dumbbells, rubber band, Bosu, balls...). The second part takes place on fitness machines. *
BOSU cardio - dynamic aerobic activity focused on improving your physical condition and strengthens of the whole body. You will use a special tool called BOSU for more effective exercise. **

Nordic Walking - outdoor aerobic activity. It is a specific fitness activity, fitness walking. You will use special sticks to this activity, which are similar to the sticks using in cross-country skiing. The use of this sticks helps to the dynamic and power in the walking. This type of load is recommended also to people who suffer from pain of knees, soles, spine and hips. This activity is recommended for all guests and can be taking place on any weather. *


Running - training, which has a positive influence on your cardiovascular system (it strengthens your heart). It helps to reduce your weight. Running helps you also to improve the technique of the run and to discover the fun, magic and beauty of this activity. Clean air and indented terrain of Vysočina helps you to improve your physical condition and you will feel great. Do not forget the right shoes and clothes. This activity is suitable for all guests. *

Cross-country skiing - training, which has positive influence on your cardiovascular system (it strengthens your heart). It helps to reduce your weight. Walking with snowshoes - funny sport activity in the nature, regardless of the weather. You can rent the snowshoes in our rental of sports equipment and discover the beauty of the surrounding nature. Go for a walk though deep snow. This activity is suitable for all guests. *

Skating and Ice hockey - use the opportunity to skate on upper and lower lake. Organize a hockey match or just play for your pleasure. Skates and hockey equipment are available for you. This activity is suitable for all guests. *

Bicycling - discover beauty of the nature, visit cultural and natural places of interest. Combine a trip in the surrounding nature with a sport activity. Watch your heart rate and build your aerobic training. Improve your physical condition and loose some kilograms. *
