The Gift Certificate (hereinafter referred to as the "Certificate") entitles its holder to draw on the certificate provided by the Resort of St. Katherine, St. Kateřina 327, 394 64 Počátky (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
The certificate is unrestricted. Drawing services without a certificate is not possible.
The certificate can be applied to the operator, and the services on the certificate are drawn only until the date indicated on the face of the certificate. After the specified date, the certificate is forfeited without any refund.
The certificate holder is required to protect the certificate from loss / destruction or theft. The operator is not responsible for the destruction / loss of the certificate and its use by a third party who is proven by a valid certificate to the operator.
At the request of the client of the certificate in connection with the payment of an administrative fee of CZK 1,000, the operator shall issue a new certificate no later than 3 weeks after receiving the payment. This does not affect the conditions above.
The certificate holder acknowledges that attempting to use an invalid or invalidated certificate may fulfill the merits of unjust enrichment or, the smallest attempt to commit a crime of fraud in accordance with the provisions of Section 209 of Act No. 40/2009 Coll., the Criminal Code, as amended.
The holder may, in accordance with the provisions of Section 1820 et seq. Of Act No. 89/2012 Coll. Of the Civil Code, purchased but not used and undamaged, return the certificate to the operator without giving a reason within 14 days of its receipt if the certificate was ordered in a way allowing 7.7. remote access (www.katerinaresort.cz). In such a case, the holder will return the amount paid for the services to the bank account, which he writes in writing, down to the operator's flat-rate costs.
The certificate is basically not convertible for cash.
The services on the certificate mentioned above are reserved by the holder in advance and well in advance (at least three weeks in advance) on the contacts on the face of the certificate.
