ROOMS
You will find bathrobes and hotel slippers in your hotel room. The Wellness Reception will provide you with a free towel and two linen sheets upon entering the Wellness & Spa facility. As part of the ecological management of the environment, we will lend you additional towels, sheets or a bathrobe for a fee. The fee for exchanging the bathrobe is CZK 60, additional linen sheet is CZK 30 and towel is CZK 20.
Check In/Check Out
Standard check in from 14:00. If you arrive earlier than 14:00 and the room is ready, it is possible to check in for a fee of 500,-. In case of a mandatory request for early check in, there is an extra charge of 50% of the room rate. Standard check out by 11:00 am.
If your room is not available on the day of departure, you will be able to use the late check-out until 18.00 for a fee of 500,- and leave your room after enjoying all treatments and activities. The latest information will be given to you by the reception upon your arrival at Resort Svatá Kateřina.
In case of a mandatory request for late check out, an extra 50% of the room rate will be charged. In case you arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to store your luggage for you.
Forest cottage
