Lessons combined with elements of aerobic activity, strengthening oneself with one's own body weight or using simple tools. 

BALANCE STRENGHT LESSONS

Fitball

strength and balance training using a large ball. This exercise includes rehabilitative elements, improves the flexibility of the spine, and shapes and strengthens your entire body

BOSU mix

Dynamic aerobic activity combining aerobic exercise and strengthening of the whole body. You will use a special tool called BOSU for more effective exercise

Body shape

A combination of aerobic and strengthening activities focused on the strengthening  whole body, using various tools, such as bosu, dumbbell or medicine ball. A training suitable for all guests.

It is appropriate to wear solid footwear, which is suitable for any gym. Exercise in comfortable clothes which will not constrain your movement, e.g. t-shirt, shorts or long pants, tracksuits or leggings. There is a cool down period at the end of the class, so we recommend you to take a sweater or long-sleeved t-shirt. Remember to bring water and a towel.

All the items are available for you in the Resort. If you're interested in buying your own mat, meditation cushion or other sports equipment, you are welcome to visit our shop, Yoga Shop.
