A weekend of yoga and Ayurveda that will reveal the path to vitality, health, and longevity.
You will learn more about Ayurvedic cleansing techniques, lifestyle, and diet, which you will also have the opportunity to taste. You will experience the practice of yoga and meditation that will help you find inner harmony, strength, and energy.

To keep the true benefits of Ayurvedic nutrition, we follow its traditional principles and use suitable ingredients. Adjustments for allergies are possible with a medical confirmation. Other individual requests may be subject to an extra fee.

Babysitting can be booked up to 48 hours before arrival and can only be arranged by contacting the wellness reception. We recommend booking childcare as early as possible.
For orders placed at least 48 hours before the babysitting starts:- 290 CZK/hour/child
- 190 CZK/hour/2nd child
- Food Intolerances
- If you are bothered by food intolerances, allergies or follow a special diet, please send all information no later than one week before your arrival.
Write down everything that causes you allergic reactions, digestive problems or what your diet forbids you to eat. If you have dietary restrictions (such as gluten allergy, lactose, etc.) and you wish to adjust your diet, you must notify this at least one week before arrival. A fee will be charged for the adjustment of the meal according to the extent of the necessary adjustments. It is usually a 30% surcharge.

- Pets
Pets are allowed to stay in the Gymnasion and Garnison buildings only. Your dog should not be bigger than a typical representative of the Retriever breed.
- The surcharge for one dog is 490 CZK/night, an additional dog costs 650 CZK/night.
- Ayurvedic pension

- Standard check-in starts at 14:00 hours.
If early check-in is requested, a 50% surcharge per room is charged.
- Standard check-out is until 11:00 hours.
If early check-out is requested, a 50% surcharge per room is charged.
If guests arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to store their luggage.
On the last day, checkout may be extended until 18:00 hours without the 50% extra charge – but always based on prior approval by the Reception which must be requested upon arrival.
