1. IS IT NECESSARY TO BOOK TREATMENTS IN ADVANCE?
Given the fact that the wellness & spa services at the Svatá Kateřina Resort are in high demand, we recommend to book chosen treatments in advance. Book your time on time! The following links provide an overview of all ourwellness treatments as well as recommended treatment & beauty packages(pedicure, manicure, beauty treatments) and sport activities. We advise to book all these in advance per email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?
For environmental reasons, motor vehicles are not allowed to enter the Svatá Kateřina Resort’s precincts. You can leave your car in our dedicated fenced parking place in a nearby village called Počátky. The address of the car park is as follows: Nádražní (Street) 659, Počátky 394 64. Upon reaching the car park, please contact our drivers on + 420 774 427 770 or the hotel reception on + 420 565 456 801. The car park is well marked and you will find it thus:
In case you arrive from Jihlava or Pelhřimov,
follow the main road in direction to Kamenice nad Lipou, then turn right in direction to Stojčín and keep going further.
In case you arrive from Jindřichův Hradec or Kamenice nad Lipou,
turn right in direction to Stojčín and keep going further.
In case you arrive from Telč,
follow the main road, turn right to Kamenice nad Lipou, then turn left to Stojčín. The parking place is on the left side before you leave Počátky.
The geographical coordinates of the parking place are as follows: 49°15'23.776"N, 15°13'58.133"E (49.256537, 15.232897). We also add navigation advice that will bring you to the Resort, together with some further guidance.
3. DO YOU OFFER TRANSFER FROM A BUS/TRAIN STATION?
We are happy to pick you up at the train station in Počátky-Žirovnice or at the bus station in Počátky (which is itself located within the Pelhřimov district).
Once you know what time your bus or train will arrive, please let us know, so that our drivers can pick you up without unnecessary delays.
4. WHAT ABOUT LOCAL FEES?
The amounts stated in our price lists do not include local fees which are payable extra at the reception.
5. WHAT ARE THE STANDARD CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?
Standard check-in starts at 2:00 pm. In case you require an early check-in, you will be charged 50% from the price of the room. Standard check-out lasts until 11:00 am. In case you require a late check-out, you will be charged 50% from the price of the room. In any case, you are welcome to keep your luggage in our luggage room.
6. IS THERE AN ELECTRIC KETTLE, TV OR MINIBAR IN THE ROOM? HOW DOES THE INTERNET CONNECTION WORK?
In accordance with our philosophy, there are no television or radio devices in our rooms. We believe that you will understand our approach and that you will enjoy a nice break whilst at the Resort.
The WiFi connection is provided free of charge within the Resort.
7. CAN I COME WITH CHILDREN?
Given the philosophy of the Resort, which focuses on a thorough recreation of our guests, we welcome children younger than 6 years of age within certain periods only (usually, it is within a dedicated week in every month).
Such periods are planned as follows: 2023

8. WHAT ARE THE OPENING TIMES OF THE WELLNESS AREAS? DO I HAVE TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
You do not need to book in advance.
Opening times of the Wellness & Spa at the Ayurvedic Pavilion: You do not need to book your stay at the wellness & spa within the Ayurvedic Pavilion. At the Pavilion, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool with several hydro-massage seats, two modern whirlpools, a sauna with a panoramic view of the neighbouring countryside, steam cabins and a Kneipp walk pool.

Children between 1 and 6 years of age may enter the wellness & spa area only when accompanied by a person who is at least 18 years old, and only between 10:00 am & 12 noon and 3:00 pm & 5:00 pm, only within a given week designated for children’s stay. Children under 1 year of age are not allowed to enter the wellness & spa area at all.
Opening times of the Wellness & Spa at the Svatá Kateřina Hotel: You do not need to book your stay at the wellness & spa at the Hotel. In there, you can enjoy a Finnish sauna, an aromatherapeutic sauna, steam cabins (both aromatherapeutic and salt ones), an indoor whirlpool and relaxing spaces.

** The rule is valid if a workday follows a Sunday. In case a bank holiday follows a Sunday, the opening hours are extended until 10:00 pm.
9. WHICH EXERCISE CLASSES CAN I ATTEND DURING MY STAY?
Typically, the offer of exercise classes is published at weekends. A week before your arrival, we shall send you an exercise lesson itinerary within the Weekend Activities Offer. On weekdays, exercise lessons will take place if at least 15 participants take part in a given lesson. The latest offer of exercise classes is publicized on boards next to the main entrance to the hotel.
Should you be interested in an exercise lesson on a weekday, we would be happy to offer you an individual exercise class (e.g. a cardio training, Pilates or yoga). Please bear in mind that it is necessary to book an individual class in advance. We charge 2,500 CZK for 60 minutes of an individual tuition.
10. WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE RESTAURANT?
The VODA restaurant and the ORANGERIE café are open seven days a week. The usual opening time is from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm, on Fridays and Saturdays from 7:30 am until midnight. Last food orders will be accepted at 9:30 pm.
Breakfast is being served at VODA and ORANGERIE from 7:30 am to 10:00 am.
11. ARE THERE ANY OTHER EXTRA FEES?
Should you wish to stay one weekend night (i.e. a Friday or a Saturday night), you will be charged 50% extra, based on the basic accommodation price.
12. MAY I BRING MY PET?
Yes, you may, however, your darling should not be bigger than a typical representative of a Retriever breed. Guests coming with pets are accommodated in the Gymnasion and Garnison buildings. You will be charged 350 CZK per first pet/night and 490 CZK per second pet/night.
13. DO YOU OFFER STAYS FOR PREGNANT WOMEN?
We would be very happy to put together a stay for pregnant women. We advise choosing basic accommodation with breakfast and combine that with dedicated treatments especially suitable for pregnant women. For more information, please contact us on email@example.com.
14. HOW LONG WILL I WAIT UNTIL I RECEIVE AN ANSWER TO MY ONLINE BOOKING OR AN EMAIL INQUIRY?
We try to respond quickly. You should receive an answer from us within 24 hours.
15. WILL MY SPECIAL REQUESTS FOR ACCOMMODATION BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT?
We do our best to fulfill our guests‘ needs: thus, we would be happy to take your special requests into account. Nonetheless, we are unable to guarantee that you will be allocated the very room you wish. Thank you for your understanding.
16. HOW SHOULD I PAY FOR MY STAY?
Once you declare bindingly that you accept our offer/reservation, you will be sent an invoice issued for the full price of the stay.
17. I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE A VOUCHER. HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?
Here is a link to our eshop, where you can purchase a gift certificate.
You can either purchase a value voucher or a voucher for a particular stay (prices differ according to a room category and number of persons). You will have an opportunity to add a dedication, the name of the dedicatee; furthermore, you can also choose the final look of the voucher. You will receive the order confirmation per email.
Our vouchers are valid for 12 months, starting from the date of purchase. We look forward to your order.
18. Charging the baterries
In the resort you will find two charging stations, one for TESLA vehicles and the other universal for other el. cars. If you have a different plug, a universal connection cable is available at the reception.
Charging electric cars in the resort for a fee of CZK 700 per charge. Due to capacity reasons, charging is only possible for hotel guests.
For your peace and relaxation, children under the age of 6 are welcome only at predetermined dates.
If you are interested in ordering babysitting in less than 48 hours, we can not guarantee babysitting and it can be ordered only after agreement with the wellness reception. We recommend ordering babysitting as soon as possible.
