You do not need shoes for yoga. Exercise in comfortable clothes, which will not constrain movement, e.g. t-shirt, shorts or long pants, tracksuits or leggings. Warmup and cooldown periods of relaxation, meditation and breathing are included at the beginning and conclusion of each lesson. We recommend you to take a sweater or long-sleeved t-shirt.
