Gentle summer Panchakarma
A gentle summer Ayurvedic detox specially designed for the warmer months. It combines cleansing therapies, harmonizing Ayurvedic treatments, a relaxing sound bath, and delicious Ayurvedic cuisine.
All of this will help you calm an elevated Pitta dosha, which is often responsible for inflammation in the body. You will support your natural detoxification processes, restore the strength of your digestive fire, and bring a sense of lightness, freshness, and inner balance back to your body and mind.
THE PROGRAM includes

- 1x 60' Podikizhi
- 2x 45' Shiro Abhyanga
- 1x 25' Pada Abhyanga

The guarantor of this program is the Kairali Group based in India, along with their professionals - doctors, chefs and therapists.
Consultations with Ayurvedic doctor are held in English. Should you wish a translation into Czech or German (please let us know in advance for German), additional fees apply.

For your peace of mind and relaxation, children under the age of 6 are welcome during selected periods only.
- Pets
Pets are allowed to stay in the Gymnasion and Garnison buildings only. Your dog should not be bigger than a typical representative of the Retriever breed.
- The surcharge for one dog is 490 CZK/night, an additional dog costs 650 CZK/night.
