The stay will reveal Ayurvedic techniques that will help you with women's health. The practice of yoga will help harmonize the body, spirit and mind and you will leave full of strength and energy.
THE PROGRAM includes

ACCOMMODATION for 2 NIGHTS
2x 60' yoga lesson
- yoga, pranajama or a therapeutic lesson as specified in the schedule
Drinking regime
- Water from St. Catherine's natural spring (cold or warm) during the day
Lecture about Ayurveda & Yoga
- 2x expert lecture (for example on the topic of Ayurveda and yoga)
1x entrance for 2 hours to the Wellness & Spa Facility in Ayurvedic Pavilion
- heated pool with several hydro-massage seats
- two modern whirlpools
- sauna with a view of nature
- steam cabin
- gentle reflexology "walking on stones and pebbles"
- sun terrace and meditation garden
Free entry to wellness & spa at Svata Katerina hotel
- Free entry to wellness & spa (saunas, steam rooms, whirlpool and relaxing area)
- Free entry to fitness centre
Transportation
- Free transfer from Počátky (fenced, unattended parking space) to the Resort and back
Please note that it is necessary to order Ayurvedic meals in advance. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order them upon your arrival.
It is possible to order Ayurvedic meals. Additional fees apply:

(2x breakfast, 2x lunch, 2x dinner)
- Children
For your peace of mind and relaxation, children under the age of 6 are welcome during selected periods only.
- Pets
Pets are allowed to stay in the Gymnasion and Garnison buildings only. Your dog should not be bigger than a typical representative of the Retriever breed.
- The surcharge for one dog is 350 CZK/night, an additional dog costs 490 CZK/night.
