Yoga detox weekend
Clean your body and mind in the middle of beautiful countryside during one of autumnal weekends. You will drink delicious water from the St. Katherine spring, eat detoxifying food, practice yoga and meditate. You will experience an intense relaxation during Ayurvedic massages, as well as in sauna or a steam bath. If you wish so, you can also clean your body with yoga cleansing techniques. You will get rid of spring fatigue and find again your lightness and harmony.

6x 60' yoga classes
- yoga, pranajama or terapeutic lesson of daily schedule
Special detox cuisine
2x full board

Cleansing water program
- Sv. Katherine spring water with all meals; water with lemon and ginger before classes in the morning; detox tea and wheatgrass juice once a day
Lecture about Ayurveda

1x entrance for 2 hours to the Wellness & Spa Facility in Ayurvedic Pavilion

It is possible to order Yoga meals. Additional fees apply:
- 3 days - 1 000 CZK
2x breakfast, 2x lunch, 2x dinner - 4 days - 2 500 CZK
3x breakfast, 3x lunch, 3x dinner
Please note that it is necessary to order Yoga meals in advance. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order them upon your arrival.
- Children
For your peace of mind and relaxation, children under the age of 6 are welcome during selected periods only.
- Pets
Pets are allowed to stay in the Gymnasion and Garnison buildings only. Your dog should not be bigger than a typical representative of the Retriever breed.
- The surcharge for one dog is 350 CZK/night, an additional dog costs 490 CZK/night.
